Surgery for Snoring
Uvopalatopharyngoplasty is the surgical treatment of snoring performed on some patients who suffer from sleep apnoea. It usually involves a tonsillectomy along with surgeries to the palate and uvula so as to reduce the constriction of the throat tissues during sleep.
