Breathing Problems
Breathing problems can present themselves in different ways to different people. It is generally a sensation of uncomfortable breathing or a feeling of not getting enough air. There are many causes, such as the blockage of air passages in the nose, mouth or throat, allergies, diseases of the heart or lungs, or even emotional sources like panic attack and anxiety.
Should I seek medical attention?
You should consult a doctor if your breathing problems are sudden or seriously interfering with your breathing, and accompanied by chest pains, fever or tightness in the throat. If you do not seek medical help for any ENT-related symptoms, the underlying condition may worsen and lead to complications. Some conditions can even become life-threatening if left untreated.
