- Our existing patients whose visit to the clinic is within the 12 months
- Medication requested are currently taken by the patients

Please state your full name, NRIC or passport number and the type of medications to be delivered.
CAN ALL TYPES OF MEDICATIONS BE DELIVERED?
There are certain types of medications that cannot be delivered. We will contact you if any of your requested medications cannot be delivered. In such cases, you may need to collect personally at the clinic or may be required to consult our doctor before repeating the medications.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
The delivery charges are dependent on the delivery locations. We will inform you upon receiving your request.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE MEDICATION AND DELIVERY CHARGES?
You can pay via interbank fund transfer or by any of the major credit cards.
HOW SOON CAN THE DELIVERY BE ARRANGED?
The delivery can be arranged either on the same day or latest the next working day.
