How does the Teleconsultation work
Follow the simple steps below:
Option 1: VIA PLATO CONNECT

Appointment confirmation email will be sent to patient, along with the Registration form
STEP 3
Download Plato Connect for patients who wish to use their mobile device as the platform of communication
STEP 2
Complete the Registration Form.
Patient to email the completed Registration Form prior to the appointment.
STEP 4
JOIN THE VIDEO CALL
On the scheduled appointment time, patient can click on the JOIN VIDEO CALL in the confirmation email to start the consultation.
For patients using mobile device, they can access the Video Call via Plato Connect by entering the Call ID found in the confirmation email.

On the scheduled appointment time, we will connect the call to you via Whatsapp.
STEP 2
